CaloHow: Calorie Tracker APP

No problems with the iPhone app, it works just fine however, the iPad app could definitely use some improvements. Especially for those of us that use the app with a keyboard. The space does not work as intended, it brings up the chat feature. Due to this, it’s better to use the website on iPad until this is fixed. Unfortunately, this has been going on for awhile. I deleted the app months ago but reinstalled today to see if the problem was fixed and it was not. Please fix this problem. I am happy to provide a 5 star review after this is done. I love the text chat feature but I’m unable to use it in app for iPad unless this is fixed.

Try to set up an account for over two weeks. It refuses your credit card. It says it won’t take it to open the account. If this is the way that these people are going to handle our money this is not a good start. They can’t even make an app that works, you try to enter your telephone number and it doesn’t work either. This is a joke, I am with NCSECU now, they are making it mandatory that we change from NCSECU to Civic next year, beware!!!! Also there will be very few offices, you have no choice,

Needs improvement with transaction alerts. Alerts never come through until I have logged into the app. Then the alerts all come at once versus alerting in real time at the time of the transaction.

Great tool to help you see all accounts you have with any financial institution! You can link other place where you bank in the Civic app and see real time balances. You can also move money from institution to institution.

App loads and works! 😊
