Depending on who knows what the App may or may not recognise your password. You can change it and change it so you know the password is correct. They even email you to say the new password is in place. But it still won’t let you in. I have never come across an App that is so wafty. It then makes you think the pension figures it comes up with are also rubbish. The fact this App has been this way speaks volumes…

Trying to log into the App and keep getting message user name / password incorrect. Looking on the pension portal it states likely frozen out and reset needed. Fill in a form and wait 10 days, not ideal and trying to contact by phone you are just held in a loop with no response. Is it no wonder that the contract has been lost. Is this the shape of the next nine months until switch over?

Terrible app now. Removed the modeller. My advice: Use the online page from now

After the latest update there’s no longer a pension forecast option so the app is now useless

This years statements not showing on app and modeller disappeared. I appreciate website shows more up to date info but unless you are going to update app it’s useless now

The app no longer has the forecasting for pension modeller which is what I use it for. It’s now a useless app. Can we have the modeller back please

I can rarely log in and when I do the app then crashes.

ABS is not available, even though it is via the web portal, and now the retirement modeller has vanished. No useful functionality seems to be functioning.

As above plus below. Been trying to access for days keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise either my password or name. Have been through the reset process about 10 times. Waste of time.

Edit: I can no longer get a pension forecast in the app now either. The menu option disappeared. So I’ve downrated to the minimum of 1 star. There is no useful functionality remaining in the app. The app is usually okay. But at the moment, cannot view any benefit statements. message received: Your Annual Benefit Statement is not yet available. For information about when your benefit statement will be available please click here. I am happy that my latest benefit statement is not yet available. But what about the earlier annual statements. I cannot obtain any details from the app. Previously I can always see earlier years back to around 2019. Now nothing. Also Face ID is a bit hit and miss. I keep getting asked if I want to set up Face ID and say yes. However next time I log in I get asked again. I’ve just re-downloaded the app as Apple offloaded it. And the Face ID seems to be working more reliably now. But as above there is no scheme info showing. Also it would be good to have an up to date partial retirement calculator. The one on the website only allows for classic or legacy schemes.
