Cizzr is the new era of social media.
Cizzr is cutting the stigma around mental health.
Cizzr is the power of community.
Everything else - was.
1 in 5 people developed mental health issues since the rise of digital life. While this modern life exemplified the true resilience of humankind, it also underscored our greatest weakness. The very social circles we once so desired became our demise. So we realized it was up to us to start fixing the damage.
And we did. We developed a new form of social media. A form of free personal therapy. Every day, people struggle with expressing their emotions to their peers for fear of judgment. Every day, people forgo therapy due to its inhibiting high cost, and every day people neglect to prioritize their mental health.
But here? Every day here, our team is trying to come up with new innovative ways to make mental health care more accessible for every person and every day we get a little bit closer. But for now, let’s try this.
A lot of the time when we’re overwhelmed with emotion, the thing that feels best is letting it all out to someone. But letting things out on the internet has historically always been a bit of a disaster. Through all the years of the existence of the internet, there’s never really been a way to use social media to help people’s mental health - if anything, social media has usually just made things way worse.
On our app, our new form of social media, we pride ourselves on our no-nonsense “cut the dilemma” attitude. Every post you make on our app is accompanied by an emotion of your choosing, whether it be excitement, sadness or even just pure happiness. You can share about your boss, talk about your parents, or write about your promotion over the office. Then once you post, you can limit who can see your post by location. We do this with our unique location filtering algorithm that’s designed to let each user curate their own feed and build their own community depending on where they live and whom they want to interact with. Additionally, users can choose to either post with their name or even anonymously, and other users can request to message you to shoot you congrats, a shoulder to cry on, or even some advice. Here at Cizzr, we want to help people build their best community to get to their best mental health.
We are constantly improving our app ecosystem and trying to provide a more optimal consumer experience. If there’s ever something that you wish to see on this app, let us know at:
