This game is taking forever to load and it then says that it is not able to connect to the server and I have service so there is a problem. Please fix it.

Finishing dowenload.when I open the game.It is saying that recourses are loading forever.Then I couldn't enter the game.
I just got the game.
So I load up the game and I wait it for 3 minutes and I tried again and it didn’t work.
