Worked for about a month and ever since will not connect. App is useless if you can’t even use any part of it.

The app has password vulnerability. It allows you to login once and the it doesn’t allow you to login again. There is no customer care support from Clare Home

Below was my review and within a few days it was fixed. The response time was quite impressive. Thank you. “The armed status is not showing in app and thereby not allowing me to disarm from the app. Also there is no way to contact you guys for support on the app. That’s terrible.”

Worst ever app never connects to the panel. Keep showing reconnecting to Home screen.

7/19/22 App updated automatically and now it is useless. It just crashes. Please fix ASAP!! I can’t add devices at all now. Half of the lights in our home went offline and there’s no way to fix it through app since it’s supposed to be done through add device. EDIT: I learned on the reviews to sign out and resign back in to be able to work the app devices. Then I reached out to Clare control help desk and they were able to get my lights all back online. If things stay like they are now I’ll up the rating. I appreciate how quickly they took care of it.

There is no way to add Clare video doorbell 3 to Clare home app? I tried searching in network and also setup the DHCP for the doorbell camera and yet it couldn’t add manually as well.

They cameras never stay working for very long if you can get them to work at all kind of annoying.

Devices dont show correct status. I dont even know if my lights/ locks are on or not when I’m away from home.

The power went out for 1 second and it has now been reconnecting for days. Phone support was less than helpful.

I have had several issues with connecting back to home. But when it works it’s handy. I’m not sure how secure the app and overall Clare system is.
