I like the game it’s just I hate that I have to weight so long for upgrades. Also you should make it so that it’s easier to get gems

Since you have no way for me to contact you directly, my grievances will be aired publicly. First, you’ve removed my ability to recruit new players directly to my clan. I have no way to bring in new players, except “publish the clan” which does nothing. And you’ve removed the global chat, so there’s no way to speak to other players about potentially joining. When I published my clan to attempt to recruit new players, I had one player who joined, used all of the attacks for the entire raid weekend, and then left. He/she did all of this before anyone else in the clan realized what was going on. Meanwhile, my entire clan was left with all of their attacks to use, but no way to use them. So, my suggestion would be, at a minimum, make sure that new players who join a clan cannot participate in the raid weekend until they have been in the clan for one raid weekend cycle. Third, we’ve missed the past 2 clan leagues. I’m not sure why. The best I can figure is that we had a published “interested in war” poll in the clan chat, and that somehow prevented us from joining the clan war league. My clan has been around a long, long time. If you guys can’t help me maintain it, or at least prevent its demise, I’m afraid I and my little group won’t be able to continue playing. Lastly, you need to provide some way for us to contact you when we have recognized problems. This is a little ridiculous, but through your website, the app, and even internet searching, there was no other way to get the point across to you.

Sir I can’t starting war why I am leader of the clan and my friends cannot joining with my clan

I recently began playing this game again after a 10 year hiatus. A friend was playing and encouraged me to return. I was seriously behind and I have no issues paying to play a reputable app. I’ve probably spent a few hundred on the game in the past two months. My issue comes with the week long shield. I purchased it over a month ago and again yesterday. The shield allows you to attack but will cost you. I played 3 rounds until I was in league. I signed off with over 6 days left in my shield. I woke up to it being gone. AGAIN. The first time I had not even attacked and it was removed. You’re not allowed a 2 hour shield in League but you CAN have the other shields. I contacted support who basically said they didn’t care, refused to look into it, would not replace my gems or shield, and didn’t care I had been spending money. He was very rude! Well I won’t be spending anymore. That’s fraud. Idc how you want to spin it. You don’t offer a goods for purchase and then take it away. The game doesn’t play itself so if I’m signing off with 6 days of a shield, it should still be intact when I sign back on. As usual the game developers haven’t changed a bit.

It takes a lot of waiting but when u get good it’s fun
