Whenever I play the game there always needs to be a ad . After the ad is gi I shed there is a bother ad I hate it when it does that

My name is Holly, and today I wanted to download a new game. I chose this game and it won’t download for me. I tried deleting apps, even deleting photos! Still no update. Please let it download. I am trying to do everything I can but still no use. All I wanted to play was some fortnite. Also, me and my mum, or my sister don’t know how to do it on my PlayStation. So please fix it
