The app is Ok. I feel there could be improvements to the functionality. The filter section is hard to use. Sometimes it is hard to search for schools. Not sure how to suggest any improvements.

I’m losing so much money because of this app. It’s completely random whether the push notifications sound or not on my iPhone12. Some do, some don’t. I have a school who loves me and sends me one at a time notifications hoping I’ll say yes - and I miss them all because there’s no sound. I’ve set and reset all notifications on the phone and on the app to on. I’ve deleted and reinstalled twice. I’m going crazy! Please fix up whatever is causing this!

This App has become the most ridiculous anxiety creating idea for casual teaching.

Doesn’t allow for unrequesting while travelling and requesting temporarily in other areas (while travelling).

ClassCover is difficult to use, has no function to clear jobs (that you missed or can’t take) and has so many unnecessary and unhelpful settings that it is like overkill. It sends advertisements when I login (instead of waiting for me to answer notifications when I logon), so I miss jobs as I can’t reply fast enough. Also - How can a job be gone if I am holding my phone and reply to accept the notification within the second? I get less work with ClassCover than I did before ClassCover. It’s painful!

I am not getting bookings. Every time a booking request is sent to me multiple people are also sent the request I’m never fast enough! I reply as quickly as I can but it always says the position is filled. I’m lucky to get one day a week now. Not happy!

Opened the app today to see a job request sitting there, with no notification. Once I pressed Apply, the app froze. Shut down the app, had to sign in again, job request still sitting there, Applied again, app froze again for a time, then notified the job had been filled. Checked the app again now, another request sitting there with no notification. All notification settings are on - just not working anymore. Using iPhone 16.

Not the easiest app to navigate and help desk not open when needed .

I just got a non-booking-related ClassCover notification. It was advertising a webinar. The notifications are crucial for keeping on top of current pending bookings. A notification on my lock screen about a webinar is NOT important. Please give us an option to opt out of such notifications! They are disruptive to the already stressful workflow of organising cover.

Push notifications switch setting on or off is confusing.
