One of the worst net i have ever used. They are offering internet at low price but the internet they provided is very poor. So, I request new users to change the internet. If you're here to download app after internet connection I request you to cancel the connection as soon as possible. I recently connect this internet but I'm totally frustrated after using this internet.

Please everyone think twice before using or having classic tech wifi at your home don’t go for this cheap and 3-5 good reviews they really don’t care about the costumer satisfaction also they don’t have the refund policy as per their beloved staffs, perhaps if your wifi doesn’t work their word will be like our technician will be their in the interval time of 12-24 hrs but you won’t find their respective technician #So regret to have this internet at my hope think smart before having it

ClassicTech should make their login web browser customer portal super active. If customer once inputs incorrect password it says “Your account has been locked. Please Contact Classic Tech” If customer remember correct Username and password for second time, then it always said the same. Customer also views their internet status from web browsers also. Even if we changed the password it always says that. Why can’t ClassicTech made login websites like Worldlink, and other ISP’s? They are very active and logged quickly even after password changed from registered number. So I strongly advice the Classsitech to make powerful updates on web browser customer portal login. Please Read this message all, and forwarded it to the developers teams for to be clear to all the lags we faced during login from websites. Thank You

Whoever is viewing this message don’t use claasic tech ISP. It is literally the worst internet provider in nepal .World link or even vianet is better than this shitty ISP. What ever happens please don’t put this internet at your home/office.
