Clean Laundry is a Wash, Dry, Fold service that provides pick-up and delivery service with all orders! We are trusted by hundreds of customers in New Hanover, Pender, Columbus and Brunswick County. We also accept laundry drop offs at our location in Wilmington.

How do we work?
Step 1: Download the app and create a Clean Laundry account. Feel free to call/ text our store for additional information (910-769-2392).
Step 2: Schedule a pickup. Package your laundry in 13-gallon kitchen trash bags, or a laundry bag of your own. Please label your bags. Note your washing and drying preferences directly in the app. We will try to accommodate any special requests.
Step 3: A professional driver will come to your location to pickup. Please leave your laundry outside of your front door, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a text when the driver is on their way, and when they have picked up your laundry.
Step 4: Your clothes are returned to the same location they were picked up from. Your laundry is returned freshly laundered, folded, and sanitized no later than 48 hours from pickup.

All loads are sanitized, stain treated, and sorted! Laundry is never mixed between customers. Laundry is returned freshly folded and in a sealed plastic to ensure freshness. Sheet sets are correctly labeled and ready to be put on beds. We are here for you and would love for you to join the Clean Laundry fam!
