At last
Had clean my Mac for years. At last available for my iPhone and brilliant.
Terrible support - charged twice for different subscription (monthly & yearly for almost a year!)
Their support is nearly impossible to reach. I have been trying for months, but only ever receive automated or AI-generated replies. The issue of double charging remains unresolved. Apple confirmed that the problem is with the app itself, it failed to recognize that I was already on a yearly plan and still charged me for a monthly plan at the same time. For 10 months I was billed for both. Then, in February this year, I was charged again for another full year, and two days later, for yet another monthly fee. The whole situation has been extremely messy, and the support has been completely unresponsive. Update to their response: They tried to sound professional in the response below, while knowing that Apple can only refund 3 months, even though I was overcharged for 10. It took them four months just to reply to a support email. Even after leaving a review, nobody followed up on the issues I raised. Their “solution” was to offer me one free year, despite the fact that I had already paid for nearly two years. This is extremely disappointing and shows how awful their support is

This is gem of an app .
3 day trial says it all
You know which companies do 3 day trials and then immediately stick you with $60 annual fees? The companies with products like this. “Powered by AI”- well, let do it since I can’t get a refund! And then photos of my aunt (mom’s twin) became permanently deleted. My Viet and S.Korean friends- same person CMP says. Contacted manufacturer (not Apple) and explained my finances and was offered - 20% discount on the Mac version!!! Which I have! Anyhow, this app does some cool stuff if you’re looking to have sporadic photos deleted as your phone runs white hot. Don’t do the trial.
