Je confirme que ça ne fonctionne pas avec les numéros hors USA, bien que cela semble prévu. En outre, cette application est tout sauf pratique : on ne peut se connecter sans se servir d’une machine. Et on ne peut pas récupérer l’argent qu’on a chargé en trop. Je regrette meme de mettre une étoile. J’aurais préféré en mettre aucune!

Never had a problem with the app malfunctioning!!

At first the app was okay, then over the last 2-3 updates it doesn’t allow me to load money onto the app unless I log completely out then back in and even then sometimes it still won’t work. It always says my funds aren’t verified, but shouldn’t they be verified as soon as it’s taken from my bank account? The app has a terrible time connecting to the servers and often just won’t. I’ve been double charged multiple times and Customer support never gets back to you when you reach out. The refund appeals through the app do NOT work , even though it says it will refund it to your account it simply does not. If you don’t have to use this app and laundry service I wouldn’t. It is not worth the hassle

This app is awesome. I use it every week. I never have to scramble around for quarters and it’s super easy to use. Just download it and go.!
