Clear Minds - Hypnotherapy

I’m very happy I came across this and am drinking a quarter of what I did before and don’t even want to binge on sweets like I usually do. I’ve had one or two AF days but I don’t want to quit- it’s not what I signed up for when I bought the package. Thank you clear minds it’s working 💃

These sessions are all brilliant. I have found everyone I have tried has really helped me

I wanted to like this app as I struggle with sleep but It constantly freezes on me and todays cherry on the cake said my account didn’t exist. I’m done. Subscription ended and app deleted

Great app brilliant hypnosis technique

There is so much on this app that I still haven’t tried yet (and the number of sessions available keeps growing!). Some I use to take a break from work and reset when things get stressful, some I use to help manage weight loss and anxiety and some just to switch off for a bit. It’s begun to feel like a real support to me just knowing I can take some time out every now and again and let the sessions do their magic. The customer service has been brilliant too, every interaction has been above and beyond expectations. Very happy to recommend (and have done, many times!).
