Awesome game for sniper lovers!!

When my weapon is finaly almost upgraded to the fullest (my m16) then the game is stuck it keeps stuck everytime i do a car theft or a red ruby hiest that fails..if i close the game and enter again my cash will be 18000$ and i need to reach 27000$ to upgrade my scope..but the game remain stuck everytime i need to lay low and when i restart my cash will 18000$ :( so i deleted the game
