You are cheating the customers. I booked all my flight tickets hotels on your site.What will be my situation if you cancel the hotel which I have paid the amount two months before and now you cancel it? Now the hotels are all very expensive and that's why I booked two months in advance.When are you referring me to stay in a cheap hotel Why should I go to a lower priced hotel than the one I booked?I have been calling customer care since ten minutes but no response. You are spoiling the whole trip that was planned so lovingly.It's totally your fault and you have to fix it yourself. Please book me a good hotel as an alternate

Peak level of absurdity, as a customer the moment you reach towards rescheduling it redirects you to a phone number to reach out staff. Staff such as Ayushi are highly unprofessional and are asking multiple payments and funny thing is I do not have any option to reschedule it on my own. Cheap tactics

Dont book tickets on this app and you will be fooled.The cleartrip says booking successful and hotesl says no rooms available.Customer care too long to reach

Please add options for adding to apple wallet after purchase of the tickets.

Not opening in iPhone 11 Pro

Please be advised that I arrived the Hotel Eden Garden, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam at 1130 hrs/ 24th Dec 2024. The receptionist checked my details and confirmed my credentials with Passport and advised that your checkin will be at 2.00 PM. I waited until 1.10 PM when he reverted that my booking is only till 25th Noon which I agreed. I was not allowed to check-in upon arrival at 11.30 AM/24 Dec 2024. Kindly advise, if I am not allowed to checkin upon arrival, why should Id the charges be levied for one day which I did not avail. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP as I am still waiting in the lobby.

They book the hotels without verifying and in case of any wrong doing from hotel end they do not provide any support. Please never book from Cleartrip at all.
