Passcode?
After resetting my Loseit password, the app hangs and has to close the app. Now when I try to use the app, I get a prompt for a passcode. Where do I get that? Frustrating

I’ve been a patient at the Cleveland Clinic for years and love their care. I downloaded this app because of the brand and their reputation. I was blown away at the price: $49/mo for a monthly plan or $179/year? Ridiculous. Of course, they’ve mixed in some AI because, of course, AI! I subscribe to ChatGPT Plus for $20/mo and get everything this app promises and then some. CC: take a look at your brand and this business model. As a not for profit, you can do much better.
Nothing unique about this app- it lures you in with the notion of health and fitness and after you’ve allowed access to share all your health data, you’re prompted to buy a subscription and cannot access any benefits without payment first. Waste of time.
I filled out the account info and personal info. When I went to the Journal to see abiut tracking calories, it required me to subscribe for a fee. No thanks.
The entire app is just a sales pitch to sell FitNow for $180 a year. Not what I’m looking for, thanks, and frankly somewhat distasteful than Cleveland Clinic would sign on to this kind of baloney.
Not satisfied at all with app. $180.00 to write down what i eat. Your program doesn’t even monitor protein, which you say is a major component of cell production, yet you dont monitor it. No interesting feedback, no interesting article. What your articles state are sixth grade health class knowledge. I will not renew. And i will spread the word.
I got an email advertising 50% off, though it didn’t say what the rate was. After i went through all the hassle of downloading and starting an account and answering the questions, I found out this is the same as a previous app I installed but with a different name, and the price is 8x more. At 50% off, it’s still well over $100 for the first year, which is far more than I’m willing to pay for this type of thing. Especially when it’s suggesting I eat over 200 carbs per day, and never once asked me how well my body handles carbohydrates. This app is just regurgitating the same advice that has already failed so many of us.
I really enjoyed using this app during my 7 day free trial period. I definitely felt as thought this had a lot more useful information then other diet apps that are on the market. The app helped me out a lot during my time using it and have been able to incorporate what I learned into my daily routine. However the subscription plan cost a lot more than others. Monthly MyFitnessPal is $20 or $80 for the year. If you go to the subscription options for this app it’s all over the place. They start you at $179 for the year but they have an option for $120 for the year. If you want to do monthly subscription for this app which isn’t advertised it’s $25 a month up to almost $50 a month. There is no explanation on what each payment bracket offers you. If you have it in your monthly budget or have the $100+ laying around and are committed to using this kind of app, get this one! If you don’t there seems to be no free version available based on my experience. I’d be more inclined to use this app at a cheaper monthly rate.
Game Changer. Easy to use. When used properly gives a level that keeps situation in hand to aid in common sense choices
I normally get overwhelmed by food trackers but this app allowed me to track my intake without getting in the weeds. The voice logging made it easy to input what I ate and how I exercised. I can understand at a high level how I’m tracking for the day with the progress bar at the top. Very user friendly and helps me feel like I’m making healthier decisions.
