I have been trying for 2 weeks to link the brokerage firm to the account since I installed: 1. When I signed up I select my own brokers from the web page, but the apps only allow me to connect to Tradestation. Don’t understand why in the first place ask me to select my own brokers since the apps don’t have the link. 2. So I decided to open a new account with trade station, I getting even more frustrated where the system keep sending me email stating ‘not completed’ and follow the link to complete, I click on it and it shows me ‘no pending’.. 3. When I try to connect the interested IPO company, it just show no account selected. Although is a good idea but it just is not a good apps as at today. Thanks

Great concept, but poorly executed. Only links with one brokerage firm, Tradestation, and the app itself doesn’t appear to be set up for use on iPad. Causes concern whether or not this is a legitimate app/company given the consistent low rating and feedback from multiple users.

App doesn't have faceID, doesn't remember passwords, the design is not great, needs a TON more brokerage (i realize that's not UX stuff... but still needed) the place order button is labeled poorly (it seems like you are going to click the button and your order will be generated, but it's actually a button that takes you to an order screen) minimum order qty should be communicated before an order is placed, not after... and a whole slew of other usability and design problems. let me know if you want some UX consultations... i've been doing this type of work for 12 years...

Sounds like a great thing - get in on IPOs! But, god forbid you have a question or need help. The only way to contact them, even though you might be investing 10’s of thousands of dollars, is a ticket. OK.... but then they don’t get back to you for days. The confirmation email says you can expect a response in 24 hours. Fat chance. I submitted a ticket on Monday, it’s not Thursday and not a peep. Not sure we can trust this company at all.

They only have one brokerage account that you can link up to.

A failure to do a simple thing of sending an email to confirm your account. It failed the first process how can you succeed?

99% of people WILL need a new brokerage account and that info is not provided until you’ve turned over your personal info. That’s bait and switch. And I’m supposed to trust a company that lies with financial information???

This app has been around for 2 years and we’re only given the option to connect to 2 brokerages? What have you guys at Click been doing the whole time, playing video games? Pathetic.

Can’t sign up, that’s ridiculous! From the very start can’t use the app.

Half of the stocks on this site are not available for order... Only crappy stocks open up for orders.
