I logged in with wrong account and cant log out because there’s no option

No longer can you just quickly start typing a description and it autocompletes for suggestions - why would you remove this, devs? It now takes significantly longer to manually select each: project, tag, then typing a full description. Autocomplete was so much more streamlined. Regrettably, the functionality has diminished too significantly with this update. It is going to become too annoying to continue using, unfortunately, which is a shame.

App logged me out & I can’t access months of data

I liked this app. Pretty easy to use and nice interface. It’s pretty useless though if it doesn’t open when you need it. I’ve had to use other means to clock my hours because this hasn’t worked for a number of weeks. Shame really.

Hi, I have emailed you, no reply, tried to cal, number not recognised. I’m now contacting you on here in the hope I can get someone to notice me so I can get help. I am a Basic upgraded customer and my Basic upgrade is not showing on my account. I am unable to use any Basic upgraded features. I have just received an email to say my next monthly subscription is due yet I’m not getting the services and I’m not getting a response from support. Please help! Thank you

Used to be a great app but since the latest update it keeps logging out randomly every day on mobile and desktop. Very frustrating and completely unusable now.

Easy to manipulate data and get useful reports.

Is there no way to export reports? I see no option for this. Would be happy to pay for the functionality but I see no option for any paid plans in the app either. I’d like to export the data in case I lose the data in the app for any reason which would leave me unable to account for my time.

Only thing I’d like with this app is to set the start & finish times for my week, my working week is Friday night to Friday evening, not Monday morning to Sunday evening. Would be great if this feature could be added in an update please Dev Team.
