This is not an actual watch face app
So I downloaded this because of the high ratings and tons of “watch faces” available from the community. Here are some of the issues I’m facing with it: 1. The “watch faces” are not actually watch faces! They are just animated videos(?) that appear on your watch as long as the clockology app is open. 2. The “watch faces” are not smooth and seamless. The seconds hand on most of the “faces” lags, freezes and jitters. 3. You have to have Telegram or Facebook to go look for and download the community made “watch faces” which is shady as hell since someone could easily drop malicious links and deal some critical damage! 4. The in-app search is useless, none of the “Rolex” or “Cartier” options are available in-app and must be downloaded through Telegram or Facebook. I’m guessing this is to avoid any lawsuits on the app itself from watch manufacturers lol. 5. The app randomly shuts down and you need to restart it so you can have your fancy video playing again 🤦🏻♂️ Overall, I give it a 2/5 because it provides a fun little gimmick but overall is a false advertisement.
