Support doesnt care
I lost my vip 9 account. Ive reached out to the help support but they dont care. Responses are mostly AI and the one line sentence from support team. Messages will be ignored for days and then they repeat the same question back to you after a few days with ‘How can we help?’ HOPELESS SUPPORT. They care more if it was a problem on payment.

Good game
Pretty damn fun. Slight pay to win but it’s a damn idle game so there’s no rush if you don’t wanna spend. It’s fun seeing and collecting the various characters available. Graphic is pretty cool. Overall a good idle game to play, doesn’t get boring fast due to various events every week. I would recommend dropping around $20 bucks to get VIP3 for quality of life for those with disposable cash. Doesn’t have to be a one shot payment either.
