Have had this product for a couple of years. They recently changed their terms of use and required users to sign in again. I received an error message telling me my account info was invalid. The only other option to log in is to have them send a code via SMS. That similarly “failed”. No other option such “reset password” like every other app in the world has. Might as well throw the hardware in the trash for all the good it will do me going forward.
