Cloud SIM: Second Phone Number

UPDATE:I went to purchase a cloud sim number recently (as no validation text would have been needed) only to find I couldn’t t get into my account. I contacted cloud sim customer services and was shamelessly told that my account had been permanently suspended as “ I had been requested a refund from Apple” I was unaware that I was living in North Korea with no freedom of choice!! lol absolutely disgusting and outrageous. I downloaded cloud sim and paid good money to have a second number specifically for dating. I am now unable to log in to any of my dating apps because my cloud sim number won’t receive the text with the log in code. Have sent and resent this code to the cloud sim number at one hundred times and still nothing. Don’t use being able to use cloud sim numbers for dating as a point of sales if the app is incapable of receiving such texts.

Great service and app, have been using for over a year. But the UI really needs an overhaul to bring it into the modern era

Been using Cloud SIM for six months or so. I subscribed to their 12 month plan. I couldn’t have been happier until I needed to change iPhones. I installed the app on my new iPhone but then needed to login using the telephone number of registered with. I don’t have this number anymore. So, I contacted their customer service about it and I’ve been stonewalled. No response, so I’m locked out of a subscription I’ve paid for. How is it possible that they don’t have an account recovery mechanism? I’ve lodged a complaint with Apple and am waiting for their response. Overall, until now, I’d generally been satisfied with Cloud SIM. Although, I did receive a phone call from a random woman who was as confused as me because she said she’d had a missed call from me. Given that I have never made a call or sent a text on Cloud SIM (because I only use it to receive messages) that was suspicious and led me to believe my Cloud SIM number was being used by someone else. There’s just something a little fishy about this company. Proceed with caution, if you must.

I’ve actually not give a thought to read reviews, but not I’m reading like it’s my report. I had this app on my other phone, I won’t lie at first it works fine I get what I paid for. And suddenly they start taking your money and not offering you a service, and what I hear is your accounts blocked. The first block account happens couple of years ago, and today I got another blocked account. Which I have prove from Apple Pay that money had gone out of my acct. on both occasions I sent the proof but what I get back from them is silent. I’m not the one to post bad comments but there is no coincident on the second count. This is a big scam. Avoid this app

Had an initial glitch with the French number allocated, however, the customer service team were responsive called me back and solved the issue. Also provided some compensation very good customer service. Everything Inow working well.

A lot of bugs. I put on available mode and it always said your phone is offline. I have issues receiving calls. Waste of money. It used to be reliable last year but not anymore

As per other review (from 2019), downloaded, added phone number, called the number & line is busy…line is never ever available. From description I was happy to find an app that can support multiple numbers. I have 2 I’d like imported on my phone but from my initial test the app wouldn’t work, which is disappointing. Signed with Devyce that my partner had tested & worked but only 1 phone allowed so not full solution. Shame the same problem still persists!
