No ringtone sounds with incoming calls

Softphone app needs to be awaken first for incoming calls to ring on my iPhone 13. So no ringtone sounds on incoming calls if I do not start app first and calls later appear as missed. So unfortunately basically unusable for me.

Great voip soft app

Have been using this for customers as a soft phone option and it works great. I really like the push notification capability and also integrated sms text messaging with our network.
