Same problem as previous review. How do you sign in ??? No information!

I don’t have an account for this app

I got this to open a video sent with mail drop through iCloud. Now it wants me to login. I have no idea which login to use. I didn’t set one up for it! Frustrating!

The app opened and it told me to login in I put an email and a password in thinking maybe it linked to my iCloud seeing as that’s what I downloaded it for without reading what it was really for and it loaded for a few minutes but then I assumed it wasn’t gonna work as it appeared it would be loading for a long time. It didn’t tell me how I could get an account or if I had one and it was very confusing and I didn’t enjoy sitting there and trying.

Only opens a screen to log in, with no instructions how to get an account or password.

This is a great app and love how you can view different cameras as once, and be able to watch recorded cameras. Would like to see more improvements to make it user friendly.
