Yritän ottaa EcoModen kokonaan pois päältä mutta saan aina virheilmoituksen ”EcoModea ei voitu päivittää”.

PowerSmart/EcoMode stopped working correctly during the latter half of Nov: charging starts at 2 am. even if the cheapest hourly price would be e.g. at 4 am. This bug was reported to Defa FI Support before end-Nov, but there has been no follow-up nor fix in 2 months even though Support acknowledged that the feature works incorrectly. Please act and fix the bug swiftly as this feature is highly appreciated and needed.

Hi, the previous version worked like a dream and the best feature was the eco-mode where charging was directed to the cheapest hours, besides this feature was extremely easy to use. Now you should use PowerSmart for that feature and it can't even be found anywhere

Kotilatausasema on ollut käytössä noin 2,5 vuotta ja tänään appi ilmoittaa, että ”You must select a credit card / This charger is not free, you must select a credit card to start charging.”

Please be so nice and add charge scheduling to the app. It should not be that difficult in 2023.

App crashes always when trying to add a new car.

Shows car connected, but charging does not start, only a rotating spinner. Also adding favourites does not work :(

App works fine but it would add value if it would be possible to schedule charging. Now it’s only possible to stop and start charging manually. Scheduled charging would enable users to take advantage of low electricity hours and/or lower the burden for the grid by charging at night time.

Downloaded the app, have been waiting for sms confirmation code for hours now.

Sovellus ei anna maksaa puuttuvaa maksua ja kaatuu heti, kun yrittää latausta. Asiakaspalvelusta väitetään, että vika on korjattu ja päivitetty. Näin ei ole.
