I have been paying for 1-800 line for years and using this app only in the last 8-12 mos has their service taken a nosedive. -No capability to send or receive SMS images. None at all. -Unable to complete outgoing calls whether using WiFi or data ~75% of the time -Incoming calls go straight to voicemail at random when DND is set to off so calls should be coming thru -Incoming texts (from numbers in my contacts and from new numbers) also not being received (at this point it’s ~60% of texts). After cross checking client’s outgoing calls and texts. -Sometimes I receive a new message notification, I see the banner preview and the badge on the app icon but there will be no new messages in the conversations area. This is all absolutely infuriating and undoubtedly contributed to the decline in my new customer conversion. I’ve been debating discontinuing my service for months to find something better and I think this is the time to do just that. I just need to figure out how to port my number. To a different service 2/10 do not recommend. Fix it.
I liked the previous app version they had before they changed to this. It takes so long for the information to update. Such as when I get a text message or missed call, it doesn’t show up in the for a long time or I have to force close it and restart just for it to update. When I try to make a call, nothing happens. I put the number in and press the call button but nothing happens. I’ve had this for several months and nothing has gotten better which is frustrating. Hopefully someone fixes it because I use this for my business.
I been with CloudPhone for two years and they still haven’t fixed there caller id. When we miss calls it never shows us who called so we never can give them a call back. In 2020 when I first started using the service it worked for maybe a week after that it stoped. It is now August 2022 and if someone calls me the only numbers that pop up in the app are people that called us in 2020. I would suggest this company unless this is fixed.
Impossible to remove call log in bulk or even individually. Impossible to remove old voicemails.
The CloudPhone system is easy to use on mobile phones, but there is an issue that needs to be addressed. If you are using the Mobile app and need to read a message while you are on an active call there is no way to get to the messages screen unless you hang up the call.
They attempted to charge me twice. Then said the authorization charge would be back after 3 days (it was never refunded). Emailing support my account got completely canceled which i did not ask for i was only asking what the additional charge was for. Then 5 days later they are saying they never charged me even though i sent screenshots of the charge from them on my bank and the charge from my CloudPhone account because i had a screenshot before they canceled it showing the auth number on there end. They still denied it so im now having to go through my bank to get my funds back. They are ignorant and disrespectful.
I’ve had problems with call quality and the app has just been okay, not great. With iOS14 the app is glitchy. It is locking up when I do not answer a phone call. Customer service was nice though when I recently logged a complaint.
Has issues 1. Can’t clear badges 2. Can’t copy and paste a number
