I really like this app.

It keeps saying “Updating” “Connecting”. It fail to send and deliver messages. I’ve tried restarting my phone, closing the app, airplane mode, disconnecting WiFi, disconnecting Cell data. No help. Then all over the sudden, hours later it will work again. 🤷🏼‍♂️

There new update switched back to seeing only 2 profiles and it doesn’t show when u get a story also it takes along time to load and will randomly crash 😓🤔

My teens simply disable features I blocked by going to settings. Please add a feature to enter password in order to access Cloudveil settings. When I block account that send them movies, they unblock the accounts by going to settings and unblock. Please add a password lock to Cloudveil settings.

This app is safer, yes, but calls don't work properly, it crashes regularly even in the middle of a call, and I can't see more than two profile pics which really bugs me. Me and my bf can't do a video call and normal calls are glitchy at the best of times. This may be due to wifi but even with it the calls glitch.

Please add a passcode in order to access settings. I keep blocking people but the teenagers simply go and then unblock them. Again add a feature where a passcode is needed to access Cloudveil settings. This would stop teenagers from unblocking blocked users.

This new update is kinda good but now none of my groups want to open! Can some please explain that?

It says it sent a code to my other device. Am I supposed to revive an old phone which may not even have the app installed anymore?

I’ve been trying for at least a week to download it but all I get is a message saying I need to enter a code. I send for the code but never receive it. I just get a message saying it was sent to my other device. What other device do I have. I sent an email to CV telling them but haven’t heard a thing. Whats with it. What am I doing wrong.
