Do not download this app. It has connected my camera door bell but then greyed it out saying I need to upgrade the app however no upgrade is available. I am now unable to unpair it and no other options. My device is now useless and no customer service is available to fix it.

Tried pairing my Laser security camera - says device not compatible but won’t let me delete it from the app. Can’t pair the camera to another app as it says camera is already bound to another service. Very frustrating

The notification comes through but there is no photo in the preview and customer support is very bad no response for weeks now

I use the app with a pair of video doorbells. The motion detection feature has three sensitivity options; low medium and high. But if you select high that setting won’t be retained for long, the app unilaterally resets to the low setting. It also takes a long time to establish a connection between the phone and the camera but that may be an issue with the camera rather than the app. I don’t know.
