Horrible support
I honestly wonder how cloudvue is even in business. We have been without our cameras for 3 months and when we try to get support I swear the only thing they know how to say is it’s your server. They said the same thing the last time we had issues and guess what, it was not our server it was cloudvue. They do not have problem collecting money from you though. I would recommend going with a company that has better trained support technicians.
