Can’t submit any orders. Keep getting an error stating “ please try again “ over and over.
Have yet to be able to get my customer account to login. Always an error and no actual support for customers, just merchants. They tell you to bother the merchant to fix the issue when it’s not something wrong in the merchant end of things.
I have used this app so many times, the first time it was amazing so great. Two weeks in and Clover doesn’t want to give me my points. NOTE: it is NOT the businesses’ fault they are only partnered with Clover for the reward system. This problem has happened to me for OVER 2 years. When it was finally fixed it was all great again, until the problem started happening AGAIN! This problem has happened to me over 4 times in a year, THIS HAS TO BE FIXED ASAP! Not only has this problem been happening, but Clover has DELETED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS. Why did they delete my account? I honestly have no idea, I was just using their system trying to get my points in and I’m signed out of my account; then I go to sign back in and it’s telling me to resign up. Hello? Honestly this entire situation and system is ridiculous and needs to be fixed and investigated because this is how you make businesses lose customers. This system maybe great for businesses, but it’s HORRIBLE for customers. Thank you.
I like the pount system if it eventually gives me something free. I dont like that you have attached a fee for using a credit card. Its a hefty fee 4%. What erks me is that most merchants who are set up don’t know how it works. Especially their employees who are taking payment at the register. It would be nice to have consistent of the service. There have been a few time where I pay and I get a receipt that does not give me a code. So how do I get points ? You have a place in B the receipt for giving some response, but i do not think it does anything.
No Apple Pay. Slow interface, I think it takes me five minutes to place an order that should take 20 seconds… four taps. There’s only one restaurant I use that still uses arcane app. Get with it. Add Apple Pay. If youre a restaurant, DONT USE THIS APP. People will go elsewhere just to have a better interface.
Charged me twice for an order…same exact order, didn’t clear cart after first order processed and then I accidentally hit pay again not knowing if it processed since it prompted payment again. Impossible to get ahold of someone to assist in a refund. So I’m out $40 because their system and app are not user friendly to a customer. Super frustrating and annoying.
I have had it time after time. Shows I earned points, when I leave the store check it later and no points. They disappeared. Just happened today. Waned 25 plus 12. Left store with 253 now have 216. Happens a lot.
Way too many insanely annoying recaptchas for everything. So annoying. I hate this app.
First off, Clover is less useful than a kid using a fake dial up phone to place an order. It hasn’t been updated in over a year and so many of us have complained to our coffee shop, that they are switching from Clover. They are costing businesses money and their customers extreme frustration, my coffee place is too busy to ever wait before work. I’ve gotten the “oops something went wrong” message for over a month now and since there’s no support for those of us using this to place orders, our only recourse is to pressure the places that use them. I’d suggest everyone do that and maybe once they start losing businesses, they’ll care. ALSO, IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS, THEY APPEAR TO BE NEARLY PERFECT. They are not, 90% of their 5 star reviews are people rating the place they picked up from…nothing related to Clover. When it did work, good luck having it save and keep your stars or points!
