This Salon Schedule app doesn’t perform accuracy. I set my appointment not to be scheduled within 24 hrs and client are still able to schedule within 10 minutes before appointment time. This is ridiculous. I’ve reported this problem several times and was told that it was fixed. However still not fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Very poor customer service. Not responsive in timely manner. My contact person is Ethan. I have text messages from him stating not to contact him in reference to the salon issue because it’s not during business hours. First of all my business hours are evident, when I call to report problems why am I getting a response not to contact you because of different time zones instead of saying we will fix problem. Very unprofessional. I see why this company had a 2 out of 5 it’s evident I’m not the only one unsatisfied

I don’t know why I am reading some of these negative reviews. App works amazing and support is always there to help. Does everything needed to run your salon / barber shop and more.
Aggravating
Been using this system for years… and it’s just; a constant pain. It’s like they’re always making updates, codes for codes for codes to approve to approve you confirmed all this approvals. Something that should be quick and easy is less than. I’m giving it two stars because it can work well. But they should really listen to their consumers and stop thinking they know what’s best.
poor user interface
the app looks very outdated from the booking site to the scheduler app. the app is laggy when scrolling through the calendar and daily schedule. the organization of the app is... interesting to say the least. the salon i work for uses it but i would not personally choose to use this app nor would i recommend it to anyone that cares about the aesthetics of their booking site. out of all the other booking systems i've tried (square, acuity, vagaro, and another one i don't quite remember), salon scheduler is my least favorite.

The most recent review is a year old with earlier reviews going back as much as 4 years. I’ve been using this app since Mar ‘22 and after a short learning curve the user friendlier it became. I did have some technical issues unique to our business which all were addressed and improved with a call to tech support. My Tech support experience is 5 star, a quick call back and for those issues needing tweaking it was done reasonable quick. The support site have training videos that are very good in helping you get started and if you have a question contacting tech support will result in a quick call back to help with your questions. What I especially like about this app is its integration with my Clover Pro. It’s great for end of day reports and more. We haven’t fully utilized the scheduling part as yet but initial trials are positive. We plan to start transition from paper scheduling to this app during the down season.
App has improved
This app has improved a lot. The app developer regularly works on the app to regularly make improvements. If there is a problem with the app, the developer should be able to fix it if you contact customer service!

Glitches
I’d like to add a lot more suggestions, but as of today my main concern is your “cancel” option for clients. There is no notification to the business to know that they’ve decided to cancel and it’s a small ‘cancel’ at the top of the appointment block rather than a bright color or email or text so the business knows about this. PLEASE FIX TODAY
Gets worse and worse
Each and every update screws up something else. Notes disappearing, client files combining themselves when it’s two separate parties with different contact info, appointments and time off blocks coming and going as they please, etc. For some ridiculous reason, our shop owner insists on using this garbage app. Clover can’t/won’t help us. This app is such garbage, for the last two years “the clover is so easy!” has been an ongoing passive aggressive joke between the staff. I would love if someone from the app customer service would reach out to us.
Terrible
I’ve never used such a difficult booking app. Completely un-user friendly. It’s a little easier to use on the Clover device, which is why I gave it two stars, but this app needs a lot of work. I also can’t add a button to my social media platforms for booking through this app, which is extremely frustrating.
