Weird restrictions

I park at CLT every week but rarely use the app because of weird restrictions. It’s frustrating that it won’t let me book the hourly lot last minute? The minimum to book the hourly lot is like 2-3 hours ahead. Why the weird restriction? Also, when I want to book long term, it always defaults to only allow long term 1. But I prefer long term 2. So I just hold off on booking on the app and park in LT2. If you guys truly want visibility on your parking situation, remove these silly restrictions.

Love the convenience of this app.

App is glitching and slow after CLT rewards update

App has tons of glitches and is very laggy. Especially when needing to load any information via the server. Using the website is a better experience. Also parking reservations should be in most recent order not in order of reservation from January - December.
