The worst shopping mall app in HK
I received an alert from the app saying that all my reward points will expiry after 31 December 2024. That means even the points that I earned in December will also expire by the end of December. How unsophisticated is this app?! Most other shopping mall apps in Hong Kong would have expiry dates in phases. That means each reward point you earn would have at least 12 months to expiry. It shouldn’t be all that difficult right? If other shopping mall apps can do it I don’t see why Lee Gardens can’t do it. Hysan Group should increase its IT spending. This is the era of technology and AI. This is how you can differentiate and excel. Don’t be so lagging behind!
