the same 10 seconds of music plays on a loop repeatedly and is impossible to mute even with your phone on silent or playing your own music over it 🫠

I can’t turn off the music on this app, it’s about 10 seconds on a loop of annoying music!!!

Great app but I have to knock off a star for the music that plays on opening the app. I wouldn’t mind if it was just for a second but it plays on loop and I don’t know how to make it stop without muting my phone - SO ANNOYING!

As the title says, the loud unmuteable techno music on repeat is absolutely not what I come to the app for… I just want to buy a dress…

I ordered a dress for a wedding and they never came and when we emailed no one came back to us so £100 that i’m never getting back, I would give 0 starts if possible.

I don’t normally do reviews but I have ordered from this site a few times and the quality of the items have never disappointed!

I don’t accept your reason for not refunding me for the dress ..I can assure you that the dust marks are not from me !!! - all of the dresses that I ordered were hung up in my wardrobe from receiving them .. and my room is carpeted.. so there would be no way that the dress would have had dust on it as you state .. they were all tried on just once and then I re packaged them .. and kept the one that suited me … I did question the condition of one of the dresses as it looked like it had been tried on previously .. as it did not have the security ribbon on it !!! .. also I sent back 2 other dresses .. did they have dust marks on them ?! No they won’t have had … I would ask you to send me photographic evidence of the dust marks that you say are on this particular dress to prove what you are implying .. I was actually in the clothing retail industry myself for a lot of years and understand that some customers would wear a dress and then return it to a shop / company for a refund .. not a great thing to do for the company’s business… but I can assure you that those dresses were only tried on in a carpeted room and only once as I chose the halter neck one to wear for my wedding in Vegas this coming Friday .. App is clean and stylish and easy to use. Only issue is that there are lots of app glitches, the app is slow and glitchy every time I use it and it doesn’t happen to any of my other apps. I’ve asked friends and they’ve had the same issue so if app glitches and bugs were fixed I would give this app a 5 star review!
