Mobile Document Scanner App

Annoying to have to log in with username and password every few days. I don't know if it is a app implementation or an installation setting but this is really annoying especially since a lot of users are older and take minutes to find this information. Some of them simply give up and call the Clubhouse instead. There are so many newer technologies that allow this to be implemented while maintaining secure authorized access.

When (not if) will FaceID be enabled in this app? I hate having to periodically re-logon to this app!!! Please use the mainstream technology with this app or I’ll be getting this app killed by my club! And BTW, you should populate an email address on the “Report an Issue” page instead of leaving that blank!!!!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I don’t know why clubs are using this because it is so bad. It doesn’t work half the time to see the statements and load times are so slow for tee times.

Tried to login “failed”. Went to club website changed password “failed”. Says contact Admin. Failed. Needs more work

Trying to login but can’t and there is no password reset.

I find the load time very slow and once in app screen jumps during registration causing wrong selection.
