ClubRight

It’s clearly a web app wrapped in an iOS app. The font size is far too small. The icons too small and has terrible UX. Can’t change font size and doesn’t respond to the iOS settings. Navigation menu button half off the screen.

I am a member of Launceston Community Leisure Centre and have reported this non-functioning app of the past 2 months. If you can’t be bothered to fix the app, then maybe you should just remove it from the App Store. In its current state it’s neither use, nor ornament !!

This app does everything you need it to really. However, for the past month or so the QR code won’t load to enable me to check into the club. I’ve tried logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app but still not working

Dead as a dodo since ClubRight did an ' upgrade' the app won't open on my iPhone SE. I have raised issue through my gym who have passed all technology details to CR to no avail. ClubRight have had four weeks to resolve but still no joy. Don't join a gym with ClubRight if you have an iPhone SE 2020. It won't work for you so you can't log in/put or book classes. Hopeless.

Appalling App!

Stopped working on iPhone 8,9. No download with a fix

When opening the Clubright app, it immediately displays the logo of my gym but says “a connection is currently unavailable, please try again later”. The gym say it’s my problem on my phone and I've emailed the app developers, without reply. I’ve swapped to a different phone but still the same issue. With no app working, no support from my gym and no support from the developers, I'm stuck with no way to access my gym.

I can no longer use the app, seems to be stuck on the loading screen saying that there isn't a connection.

The app is stuck on a page saying ‘a connection is currently unavailable please try again later’ I am at home and on the Wi-Fi. I have tried deleting the app numerous times but each time I reinstall it says the same thing! Very frustrating!

This app is useless, it opens up memberships to gyms you no longer use, and you can’t change anything because it stays with a previous membership. There’s no option online to remove past memberships but you can see your current membership status. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still it doesn’t show me my current membership just a previous one which I can’t login to as I have not used it for years!!! I have to gain entry via a picture of my code rather than the app. Rubbish
