Clue Period & Cycle Tracker

I have been using Clue for years and it is the most comfortable and easy to use for me. 10/10, love the team ❤️

I’ve been using this app since 2016. It was awesome - simple and functional. However, since then, they started constantly removing features that were once available for free, starting from basic category info like cycle length/variation to totally cutting away all personal cycle history analysis. At this pace I’m expecting soon to be asked to pay to view my calendar history… I understand that they have to earn money in order to fund their Clue science and content but it’s at the cost of the single valuable funcionality of the app - period tracking. Quite disappointing.

I have tried to change my email address so I can verify my account but forgot my password so I changed it. I do the password procedure with no problem but the app does not accept my new password when attempting to change my email. I have been trying for a week even updating it to the SAME password and copy pasting it into the app. I CANT EVEN DELETE MY ACCOUNT because the app wants my password and it ALWAYS says “unexpected error.” I have used this app for YEARS and I haven’t been able to use it because of this. I sent an email to the support team but got an automated reply because I have the free version of the app. Used to be a fan, but now this app only causes me frustration. I figured this might be the only place I might get attention from their team.

The old version was the best. The new version has way too many useless options for example feelings. Also if you haven’t track in a week you have to click each day save it and then go to the other day. It was easier and more friendly to use before 🙁

1. It would be very useful, considering how many new tracking options were added, for the ability to add/remove or at the very least rearrange the different symptoms in every category. For example, there are 11 different kinds of pain and if a user is often experiencing the 7th or the 10th it becomes an endless and annoying sideways scroll. 2. For whatever reason the ability to add categories to tracking has been removed. The other category still exists but nothing can be done with it. 3. Cycle analysis used to have a very useful and very convenient option to show all cycles with a bit more detail regarding symptoms experienced during each of them. Sad to see it removed. Aside from that, the visual redesign was really nice. Been happily using the app since 2015, it’s positively the best out there.

I’ve used this app for years and now it says that Clue Pregnancy is not working without any prior notification. I’ve paid for this app specifically to use this mode and this is outrageous. You can let your clients know the timeframe that the service they are paying for will be unavailable or just have the option to refund so they can find a better service with more transparency.

I use it since years. Tracking is pretty easy and it always guess right my dates. Thank u!

Stop removing features from the app and forcing women to upgrade...

Ive been using this app for more than 4 years And I liked the old version of the app. More simple and easy to use. This version is sofisticated but confusing. The days in the calendar when the woman is fertile shouldn’t be in red color, because we associate this color with menstruation days and it’s confusing. Pls change them as they were before.

Since the last update the app crashes constantly. I love using it but this drives me crazy.
