I like the app but..

I like the app because I can track different things, I even subscribed for a year just to try it out. I have no issues with what it can track because it mostly gives me what I need to track. I stopped subscribing because: 1. It doesn’t have a night mode. I fill up the details before I sleep and it’s not helping me fall asleep because it’s still bright even if I set the brightness to a lower setting since the background is white and they have no plans of changing that when I asked. If I set the brightness to the lowest setting, I would have a hard time reading the words. 2. I actually subscribed because I can track my sleep with it but as it turns out, it doesn’t connect to the Apple Watch at all, so I have to manually put the time in. It only connects to the Oura Ring. 3. I stopped subscribing because another app offered me a cheaper price for a lifetime. I won’t be deleting this app because I’m still hoping for future changes but until they do those changes, I don’t think it’s worth it to subscribe.

Period Tracker

I am a clue user since 2018 or 2019. I mainly use it for period tracking. But unfortunately, my old phone was not able to catch up with the updates until this year I think. Now that I redownloaded it to my new phone, the app was not able to automatically show my previous records. I hope I can still retrieve my previous record and automatically shows on my account.

Please add Sterilization as BC option

I’ve been using Clue for many years and Im so happy with it. Recently I had a bilateral salpingectomy and had my IUD removed. When I tried to change my birth control in the options menu, I can’t find “sterilization” as an option. Please add sterilization as a birth control option. Thank you so much!

Basically a paywalled app now

Almost all features are now behind a paywall and you can't get past 2 screens without getting a pop-up to purchase a plan. Disappointing.

Constant bombardment to subscribe. How annoying!

Please stop bombarding me with the pop up to subscribe every god damn time I log something in this app it’s pissing me off

Pushy subscription

ive been using this since 2016 but right now, the constant pushing of subscribing to the premium version after EVERY.SINGLE.CLICK is annoying.

BEEN USING SINCE 2019

Never fail to amuse how accurate it was, although at first few months of using it, it was adjusting to my cycle days. But after 5 years of using it, almost accurate everytime, although there were once or twice being a day off, but still so helpful.

Improving

Edit: Clue user since 2016. Sticking around cause I see the improvements they’re making on this app. Suggestion: make our trackings on the calendar into ICONS instead of just circles and rectangles with different colors. —— I’ve been a user for YEARS. Even when another app came in and became popular among other girls, I stuck with Clue because I loved the classic/mature design whereas the other app looked cartoonish. But now not only did they change the UI design, the app just became unusable. The cycle round thing is so confusing and hard to navigate, I used to move it around to see what I can expect on a certain date. The categories for tracking are so much harder to find now. It takes too much time to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN just for one category. I used to track different things but now I solely track my period only. But the WORST change this app has received is that you can no longer access it while offline. I used to be able to pull up the app while offline and log my trackings and it’ll sync all the changes I’ve made once it goes online again. But now when offline it’s literally unusable. I’m thinking of switching to the other app (although I still don’t like their design). I have no idea how they work cause I never tried them but maybe they’re popular for a reason. Top 3 on the app store 🤷🏻‍♀️
