Overall good app but is laggy. There also needs an update to the additional income fields. The employment income field clearly states to add in GROSS income, while the additional income simply states to add monthly income. Both fields should be exactly the same as now will have to explain to lender that those monthly incomes fields are my NET income numbers.

Can’t login, wants all my information though. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was actually a scam trying to steal your information.

One star because the app throws an error no matter what I try to login. Automatic redirect on Chrome or Safari and can’t continue filling out application unless I download the app. The App just says call support. Is your app down right now?

Tells me bad email or password when logging in, but I go to website and it works fine.

My loan was transferred to CMG. Unlike every other lender app I have used (PENNYMAC, Mr. Cooper, MyFairwayServices, and Cornerstone), I cannot use the CMG app to manage the existing loan or make payments on it. Worthless app for my purposes.

Make an app that actually lets you manage your loan after it closes!!

CMG was wonderful to work with! Scott is amazing we’ve now utilized his services for 3 separate closings personally and have referred him to friends that also closed with him. He’s our forever mtg broker.

Local agent’s business card linked to this app. I downloaded it and used it to upload ALL of the necessary documents. Couple weeks later, the agent asked me for all the same docs. I told her they were uploaded to the app. She said that was a black hole—they don’t use it. Since then, the app has been delivering nonsensical notifications concerning the progress of our mortgage application. If you download it, make sure the agent is on board with it first.

This app made it so easy to apply and securely upload the required documents. There are a lot of bad review about not being able to access your current mortgage but that’s not what this app is for. It’s for applying, checking the status of your loan in process, and using the loan calculators!

Please make an app that is functional & useful. How about after you’ve received the loan from CMG & moved in, link to the site so I can make a payment! There’s an idea!
