Same thing
My cnet app has had the same headline stories for the last 6 months. All the stories I have been getting recently are about internet provider in random town America.

I can login on the website, but not on the iOS app.
CNET ROCKS 🇰🇷
Cannot login from the APP, but can from a browser
Too much other junk and ads posing as articles
This app has good content but whoever designed the app needs their head examined. The main view constantly jumps while scrolling because it is built to drop refreshed ads in the view. While trying to keep track of content you’ve seen vs new stuff it bounces in new ads making it hard to see where you left off. Absolutely terrible format. I’ve deleted the app several times and gone back only to find that it still hasn’t been updated to fix this crappy design.
This app has gone downhill the last few years. Used to love it. With the featured articles not changing in months and not being able to login into it is time to delete. I have contacted cnet but have to gotten any response.
The links for articles send you to pages that have only the titles of the articles and a website address below that is not even a clickable hyperlink. In my opinion, the previous version of the app was better. This new version is harder to navigate.
The app used to populate with relevant tech news in the top carrousel, but has not updated in over 6 months. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, refreshing, and closing/relaunching it to no avail. Frustrating app for a great news source.
Same headline story since February. Why does the same article about a Samsung smart ring show up at the top whenever I open this app? It’s been like that for over 7 months now. Also half the content is just purchase recommendations. CNET has fallen far since its heyday.
