still videos get interrupted after a few seconds - many reviews complaining about this for MONTHS - CNN is the only app this doesn‘t work - so sad!

Where’s the news? Where are the facts? CNN seems to be mostly about advertisements and far left propaganda. Definitely not trustworthy in my opinion.

The latest update is riddled with bugs. Whenever I attempt to watch a video, it abruptly stops playing after just 10 seconds. Please fix this issue promptly!

Since your latest update about a week ago I cannot play video content. I am running beta on iPhone 14 Pro but other apps like BBC work fine. I live in Switzerland, please help.

After the latest update, things got very slow, and video’s keep loading and not playing at all anymore :(

The “Touch and Scroll” issue has been resolved since iOS 13.2 and I am pretty sure it was never the CNN app causing the problem. Also, now with the latest Updates Dark Mode was finally adapted. Seems like CNN devs are listening to feedback.

I am sorry to say this, but the update of the interface makes it for me more difficult to see the different topics. The background has little to none contrast to the topics in the boxes. I am using an Iphone 14 pro. So it should not be the issue. Why aren't the boxes more emphasized? Why use this pale white clinical look? Why is the layout so hard to oversee? I used to spend 10-15 min. per day on the app. Now I use it less. Maybe 5 minutes because I lose myself searching everywhere. Sorry but it's not working for me. Regards from Switzerland!

News should be non partisan and try to be objective.

Your app still crash before even opening on ios 16. You can't even fix this...

Generally a great app with good news and background coverage. But you can’t listen to music at the same time. The app just stop music playback even when no video is played.
