Still Terrible
Well, almost 9 months later and this app is still the worst. No response from the developer or NRECA. I even emailed NRECA directly. This app is the exact reason our Coop, that I work for, will not promote Coop Connections. This app crashes constantly and the “contact us” portion does absolutely nothing. So sad. This had the potential to be great. Feel free to contact me, but I bet nobody does.
App Crashes
App does not seem to work. It keeps on crashing when I search.
Unable to download
I can open the app but can't download it - so useless.
Forgotten password reset failure
Not sending an email as it says it will. So, I logged in to my co-op’s website and did a password reset there, just to ensure I am using the correct email and password. I am. Deleted the co-op connections app, reinstalled it, same problem - can’t login even though I am now certain of my email and password.
Touch ID is needed
App needs Touch ID instead of remembering your password to sign in
