This app prevents you from login or creating an account

The app keeps buffering when I tried to create an account and will not allow me to move forward. Nobody has time for all of that when you are trying to be somewhere by a certain time. Bad enough you have a 15 minute window to wait on the cab sometimes longer.

I usually use Uber but where I’m located, you cannot choose an SUV or Van and I had too much luggage for a car. I booked in advance and the driver was early. But he was parked half a block away across a main street I saw where he was on the app and walked there to flag him down. The van was dirty but the driver was pleasant. I’ll only use them in a pinch as Uber is more reliable and cleaner and only a slightly higher price.

Absolutely appalling how this service is always late every time I request a ride. Almost every morning I’m late to work because there is a “delay” or not enough cabs and when I look on the map to see how many are in my area not one of them is moving or on a job. Terrible service with rude drivers who seem upset at their job.

Don’t used the app if you going to a base they will send a person who don’t have military access

Absolutely terrible app. Most of the drivers I’ve had are either terrible drivers or just rude. Absolutely awful taxi service for military members to use on base.

Scheduled a ride the day before and Still didn’t show up on time and didn’t notify me till my scheduled time. Had to cancel and get and uber.

Got another coastal cab than the one I scheduled. Just hopped on the ones waiting outside. Problems cancelling booking as well. I think calling them is better but they’re still pretty bad at showing up on time in norfolk from my past experience.

Every time I book a cab they never come and I always book it a few hours in advance then when you call them they tell you they have no car in the area if I can give zero stars I would.

Tried the app to pre-book a ride for my wife to the airport for a morning flight. Driver never showed and my wife had to drive our family car to the airport to make her flight. Now I have to find a way to go get our car from the airport with two toddlers. I called the operator, no help at all. Only explanation I received was that it was early in the morning and maybe there weren’t that many cars out. If this is their level of service, it’s no wonder ride-shares are taking over.
