Проблема с бонусной программой
Была проблема с бонусной программой , было написано что собрали все диаманты для получения бонуса , так было в течение недели, а в последний день когда я зашла посмотреть написано было что кристаллы до бонуса не хватает, на что служба поддержки ответила что проблема компьютера была, так почему нельзя было справить это в раньше а не в последний день месяца, так бы люди успели собрать

Tokens don’t work as intended. No support from app team.
Purchased tokens to access private lives as is advertised in the app. The “newbie” guide said you need tokens to access private lives. Despite having a balance of 500 I got error code ql004 stating I didn’t have permission. Contacted support which has resulted in nothing.
