Cocoon HD

The Cocoon app keeps dropping out and says it is off line. The app does not make it easy to troubleshoot and get it back online. This means that when I am away I can’t check on my cameras on the iPhone or iPad. Do better Cocoon.

Cameras are garbage app is never updated you can never connect phone to cameras do not waste your money

iPhone SE ios17.5. Not bad. Push it too much and it can freeze or say lost. Would be nice to be able to control playback speed and see 2 camera playback simultaneously

Since the latest update the app cannot connect to the dvr. Cannot reset either

I have 6 cameras and the new update for the app on iPhone is now only showing 1 camera very frustrating considering I need to watch my buisness !

Seriously it’s time to maintain this app by making it work with the latest iOS releases which all your paying customers are using. 2 years with no updates is unacceptable.

The cameras are great, very clear pictures but the app lets this product down. So many problems occur when attempting to playback. More often than not it won’t allow you to look at a certain time & automatically takes it back to midnight continuously so you cannot go to any other part of the timeline. Latest problem is now when you hit playback the image stretches & continuously tries to rotate so viewing is impossible. This app is long overdue for an update especially as it seems the cameras well & truly outlive the app. Shame to have to upgrade the security system all because the app is useless.

Cameras are pretty decent but need work on app here and there it crashes or lags sometimes can’t even access the rewind for cameras apart from the app camera set up and quality is good
