I can’t log into my account no matter how many times I try or how long I leave it trying to log in

It’s fine. However after using the Fibe app for years, Epico feels out-of-date.

I had a over priced internet service third party with the highest package and I got referred to cogeco with a low price with the same package like half off it’s excellent great service highly recommended

Does not open correctly very slow , sometimes you need to close and reopen.

Very glitchy when trying to download your channels

Services are decent. I would give it 4 or even 5 stars, but I'm giving it 3 stars to bring this review to the attention of Cogeco staff and developers. There are two things I don't like about Cogeco itself and the app. Firstly, I think Cogeco can stand out from its competitors, bring in more satisfied customers and money as well as save time for the loyalty team and customers by discontinuing the 2-year discounted plan and replacing it with the same price and data indefinitely instead of the customer canceling the plan after 2 years and making up an excuse to reapply. Secondly, I think the app could be improved by fixing a bug that’s causing the "make a payment" button to not execute its function immediately when tapped without having to hold the button until it is executed, and then having the payment input appear.

I use this app to monitor usage and billing and I have noticed that it will no longer allow me access. It would be loading for a long period of time but not finish. I have two other apps, one for the channels and one for my wifi and they are working fine. No one has been able to explain why this app is not loading up except for when I google my account and access that way.

This app is so easy to use. I forgot I had to pay my bill and once I got on it was so quick to pay it! The service has been great as well.
