I have been using the app for about 9 months with minimal trouble. However today I was logged out of my account and the error page continually refreshes with no other option to seek support or log in. I attempted to enter the manual code for my building and I receive the same error message.

The hotel I stayed in recommend to download this app, but after ALL the steps to download, register account, and add the credit card. It tells me the minimum amount to refill is $10, it does not make sense for one time user like me who just don’t have coins in hand

I don’t know what is happening to their services but it’s getting worse day by day. They’re literally not doing anything to improve their machines that are getting out of order during their cycles.

Thus far it has been very easy and convenient to use

Half the time doesn’t even connect with machine, and costs a lot

I used to be able to add 1-10 dollars when I wanted to refill my account. Now you’re REQUIRED to do 20+ dollars. Absolutely scumworthy update.
