Il y a des problèmes concernant les virements sur le compte euro. Le virement étant parti de la banque je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu sur Coinhouse.

Suite à une demande d’installation de l’appli mobile pour gérer la sécurité, impossible d’accéder à mon compte, ni par le web ni par l’appli. Le support n’est que joignable par message est n’est pas réactif pour régler les problèmes (coucou le support). Vous ne voulez pas être bloqué 3 jours pour accéder à vos comptes sur un marché hyper volatile. Seules certaines cryptos peuvent être retirées sur cold wallet. Not your key, not your coin. Expérience non satisfaisante, vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.
Problème
Impossible de lancer l’application ? Je l’ai mise à jour , supprimée. Rien y fait ?
Je peux pas accéder à mon compte et mon argent
J’ai désinstaller l’application mais que j’ai re installer je ne peux plus me connecter il me considère comme un nouveau. Je suis bloqué et je dois envoyer une message au support qui ne repoon pas
Code pin ?
Je ne vois pas en quoi un code pin serait plus sécurisé que le MDP très complexe que j’avais jusqu’ici…

L'application ne se lance plus, je ne sais pour quelle raison depuis ce matin
Psan c est quoi?
Il est faux de croire que,parce sur l échange est psan, celui ci est protégé. Psan veut dire que l échange collabore avec le fisc dans l échange de vos donnés ainsi que vos pratiques. Coinhouse nous a prouvé, par le passé, que sa gestion du risque est assez moyenne.
