CoinTracker – Crypto Portfolio

App is great. Sometimes a bit buggy… which caused problems for tax season, but I’m not aware of anything better.

This used to be a good app but, now portfolio doesn’t work with custom transactions. Only works properly one the web. I was told it was fixed however it still does not work.

Love to see all my crypto one place.

The portfolio tab says “Your crypto portfolio is empty” even though I have multiple connected wallets. Even the CoinTracker website shows my portfolio correctly, so it’s clearly just an issue within the app. Very frustrating.

I like this app and Coin Tracker - nothing else with the same fidelity. Currently I cannot login to the app - login just returns me to the main screen without logging me in. Website still works though!

Have tried continuously to connect Coinbase and Coinbase wallet. Keeps saying there is an error with Coinbase, and doesn’t acknowledge the wallet connects on the app. App will not do anything.

If you have an issue there is NO ONE to help. AI support is not support, it says we don’t care about you as a customer. It asks the same thing over and over and you’re in a loop of no help.

So I paid $58 for a “base plan” for taxes, but yet the app doesn’t even allow me to put a start date for taxes without it bugging for the month and year that I input. Why pay for something if there will be a bug
