Couldn’t get OTP for me. I’ve been trying since yesterday. Please advise an easy way to process. Who is going to send OTP to my number? Why apps have made to face this difficulty?

I have registered in this app and it has been a week and I’m still on waiting for approval. I contacted the number mentioned on it, no reply or any answer to me. If you want to be smart and develop an app just do it correct instead of doing the build partially that requires physical approval instead of automation.
